Q: How can I order:

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, simply add it to your cart

and follow the chekout process .

Q: How can I change delivery address?

Email us at synstylefashions@gmail.com with your order number , and new shipping address .

Q:Why is there a delivery charges?

Delivery rates are determined by Usps, Fed EX and/or Ups

Q: What is the processing time ?

Processing time may include time to purchase fabric and notions, sewing and packaging. 99% of items are made inhouse. Please allow a maxium of 2 weeks on collection items . Custom designs such as Gowns, Prom Dresses and costumes may take longer.

Q: The color on the picture is out of stock or i want a color not mentioned

We periodically update variants on items depending on availability at out fabric shops. Please email us which item you are instered in and what color you would like it . We will try our best to find your color and let you know via email ,

Q: Can I return a product?

Return are accepted within 24 hours of order delivery . Email us at synstylefashions@gmail.com with item number. We will refund the item once the returned item has been received . Items must be undamaged , without scent and stains to be approved for refund .
